Frequently asked questions
Do we need extra licenses for Power Platform?
It depends on what the apps use. Some scenarios are covered by Microsoft 365 licenses, while others need separate Power Platform licenses. We clarify the licenses you need during design, before you buy anything.
Where is the app data stored?
In the data source you choose: SharePoint lists, Dataverse or an SQL database. Dataverse is also where Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service store their data. We choose the data source with you during design.
Can Power Platform connect to our other systems?
Yes. Power Apps and Power Automate reach other systems through connectors. Where no ready-made connector exists, we build the integration as custom software.
Power Apps or custom software?
For forms, approvals and departmental apps, Power Apps is usually enough. For heavy integrations or complex business rules, custom software may fit better. We build both, so we recommend what fits your case.
