Workshops that turn one topic into a roadmap with your team

Inthouse runs focused working sessions with the teams of organizations facing a decision on Microsoft platforms. The topic can be SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Platform or Microsoft 365 Copilot, and you leave with a roadmap your team has agreed on.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You're facing a decision, such as SharePoint Online or Subscription Edition.

  • You want to switch on Microsoft 365 Copilot but don't know where to start.

  • IT and the business see the same topic differently, and there's no shared plan.

  • You want to pin down scope and priorities before a project starts.

What we do

  • Microsoft 365 and SharePoint

We work out the goal and the steps for an intranet, document management or a move off SharePoint on-premises. We also run installation and migration projects on the same topics.

  • Dynamics 365

We work through your sales and customer service processes, a move from another CRM and your integration needs. We also run migrations to Dynamics from other CRMs.

  • Power Platform

We decide together which processes suit Power Apps and Power Automate, and which reports belong in Power BI. We can then build those apps, flows and reports.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness

We review permissions, sharing and data hygiene with your team and draw up a readiness plan for Microsoft 365 Copilot. You can carry the plan forward with our Copilot and AI readiness service.

How does a workshop run?

Each workshop focuses on one topic and runs with your team. You won't sit through a presentation; we work on your own environment and decisions. You come away with a roadmap everyone has agreed on.

  1. Prepare

We agree the topic, the participants and the decision the workshop should lead to.

  2. Working session

We look at where you are, what you need and your options, together with your team.

  3. Roadmap

We turn priorities and steps into a roadmap your team agrees on.

  4. Next step

You can put the roadmap into practice with your own team, or run delivery with us.
